Initiate Your Request

Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the device in its original box with all accessories and cables, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior of the package.
Inspection and Refund
After our technical team inspects the returned hardware, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
